What is a Spirit Shop?
Pep & Pride Co. is a custom design print company that partners with schools to create stylish, high-quality apparel while giving back. Each partnered school gets its own custom online shop, and a percentage of every sale is paid back to the school. *School must be partnered with Pep & Pride to receive royalties
How does the spirit shop program work?
We design and launch a custom spirit wear shop specifically for your school.
- Your school receives a unique QR code + direct shop link
- Parents, students, and supporters can shop anytime
- A percentage of each sale goes back to your school monthly
How do we get started?
To launch your school’s shop:
- Complete our Spirit Shop Setup Form
- Submit your school details, colors, and mascot info
- Approve initial designs
- We build your custom shop + QR code
- You start sharing and earning
What are the setup fees?
- Year 1 Setup Fee: $100
- Annual Renewal Fee (after Year 1): $250
This covers design creation, shop setup, hosting, and ongoing management.
How much does the school earn?
Your school earns a commission on every sale, calculated after:
- Transaction processing fees
- Shipping costs (if applicable)
Payouts are issued monthly.
When do we receive payouts?
Schools receive commission payouts once per month, based on total completed sales from the previous month.
Can we request custom designs?
Yes! We specialize in custom, boutique-style spirit wear designs. Schools can:
- Request specific themes or styles
- Approve all designs before launch
How do customers place orders?
Customers can:
- Scan your school’s QR code
- Visit your custom shop link
- Browse and purchase directly from our website
All orders are processed and fulfilled by Pep & Pride Co.
How long does it take to launch a shop?
Once forms are completed and designs are approved, most shops are live within 7–14 business days.

Pep & Pride Co. handles:
