At Pep & Pride Co., we want getting your order to be just as easy as creating it! Customers may choose School Deliverywhen available or have their order shipped directly to them.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

SCHOOL DELIVERY — $4

School Delivery is available for participating Pep & Pride school stores for a $4 delivery fee per order.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR STUDENT’S NAME

When selecting School Delivery at checkout, please enter the following in the Order Notes:

Student’s First & Last Name
Teacher / Grade, if applicable

This information helps us make sure your package is properly identified and directed to the correct student at the school.

Please double-check this information before submitting your order.

WHEN WILL MY SCHOOL ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Once your order is complete and ready for school delivery, Pep & Pride will contact you with information regarding when and where your package will be delivered.

School Delivery does not mean your order will automatically be delivered to the school immediately after purchase. Orders must first be completed and prepared for delivery.

Delivery instructions may vary by school, team or organization.

SHIPPING

Prefer to have your order delivered directly to you? Shipping is available at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your package.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been completed, packaged and prepared for shipment, you will receive an email notification from Pep & Pride containing your tracking information.

You can use the provided tracking number to follow your package's progress with the shipping carrier.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
